Typical government bureacrat thinking. The taxpaying base is a bottomless pit to these fools. In the real world, it absolutely makes no sense at all. If you ran a business using this idea as a model, it wouldn't be long before the doors on your business closed.

These people have no idea what grows an economy and creates jobs.

If the administration believed this GM, bankrupt; Chrysler, bankrupt;
Bank of America, bankrupt; Goldman Sachs, bankrupt. But all were propped up. Why?
