A dream come true.. a Von Dos ship...

Its Nov 1941 AM89.. its my patrol area so I am going there.. on my way a Flower class forces me from the surface at about AM8974. I notice I have 2 sonar contacts ones a DD and ones a merchant moving really fast! So I surface and give chase as soon as the DD's out of range.

In the darkness something larger than life looms...

Its beautiful... Von Dos now has a shrine on my boat!

I shell her to slow her down and then pass and turn, dive to periscope depth and fire a spread of 4..they all hit!

What a great encounter! I have been waiting to find something from the shipyard for awhile now. THANK YOU Von Dos!!

Oh and U-765's crew thanks you too...

I know... I know.. not historical..yada yada.. but it was still awesome..

I could never in a million years torpedo that ship. Beautiful ship, though.

Sonarman: I hear music...

Kaleun: What genre is it? Classic? Pop? Reggae? Hillarious!
