Adding Aeroplanes?

I've D/L some aeroplanes from Testpilot,Junkers JU52 'Mausi' and some others,and was wondering if someone could kindly explain to me how I add them so that they show up in game

I believe you have to add them to bases

There is some explanation in the readme that came with the D/L but it is only written in German,and I sadly can't speak/read a word of German

I've tried using Babelfish to translate but it comes out making no sense whatsoever

Any help on this matter gratefully received and appreciated
