where i can found submarine specif. for SH4?

Do you mean information on the submarines in SH4?
go to the museum in the game

If you mean information about the subs in SH4 outside of the game there are tons of sources some good some not so good.

Doesn't the in-game museum still have a bug causing CTD? I have stayed away from it because of that...

Never had a problem with the museum after the patch.

For casual info the best thing is to simply search the class name of the sub you want to know about wikipedia and several other sites will have pages with basic info.If you want to go further you'll have to look into some books.
