Radio Man passive ability

Hi all,

I have just had one of my crew get the passive ability 'Radio Man' but I havnt a clue which section of the ship to put him in to get this bonus. He's currently on the deck gun, which obviously isnt the right place. The help text says to put him in the Radio Room, but I dont have one of those. I'm in a Salmon class, and the best guess is he either goes in the conning tower (where the 2 sensor men are) or the control room.

Could anyone tell me where he actually does belong please?
