Default Is my patrol in U boat bugged?

the word tells you thousand words of what have been bloody happening to me in single first 1939 patrol in U boat campaign. (I am in U-41, Type IX U boat).

And here is what my modlist look like:

(For your information, the 2nd mod I enabled is USS Montana battleship warship mod for RFB megamod.)

I have been getting endless number of place to patrol for 96 hours?!?!! My submarine is very badly damaged and I am lumping across ocean while my rear torpedo section is flooded and is disabled. I only have working foward firing torpedos while I only have few left. I can't do any more of patorl and yet I kept am given mission to do next and next and bloody next patrol area in single patrol?! Is this bugged or is this normal for Type IX U boat?

Look on your map for the tilted anchor, it will have a rope around it too. You should head there to end patrol.

Best explanation I have read so far about this. Oh yes, and stop radioing in for more missions, or to give a report, this is why they keep running you around.

This is basic military training. Every private/seaman/airman know this: NEVER NEVER EVER tell your superiors that you have completed the job and have nothing else to do.

What happens when you do? Does your command give you a day off or do they just pile on more work onto you? :rotfl:

YES! Thank to all of you whom post advices, I managed to return and end my patrol! Now it feel so much better, since I can finally submerge my fully repaired submarine while re-arming her fully.

From now on, if I need to return to re-arm or ending patrol, I will not report the patrol being completed to commanders.

And like I said, I thank to all of you for these useful advices!

Great stuff, I am glad it worked out for you, ....

about radioing in,....if you have torpedoes and fuel, then radio for next assignment, if you are badly damaged, head to base right away.
