Can't get this to work...

I'm running GWX 3.0 and everything is working perfectly. However, I try to install 'Augie's Merchant Vulnerability Mod', unzip the files into my SH3 folder like it says...and nothing happens.

There is no option for the mod on JSGME and I've redone it 3-4 times with the same outcome. Anyone know what's going on?

Otherwise, is there a chart somewhere that I can reference the sweet spots on ships?
