Default Jello Water

How do I get rid of the jello water when I move the camera around outside my boat

I think jello water is caused by using TC. If you go to other views and give it a while it'll go away--at least mine does.

I sometimes encounter it (if by jello-water you mean that bug where the water flashes back and forth as if it was shaking like jelly). I noticed a strange thing about it yesterday. I was sailing near Midway on my way back to Pearl, and I was switching view between ships near the island, and far away ships had the bug, while near my sub, the water seemed normal.

It happens at all the time even first entering the mission and before using TC. No matter what mod i use this happens and it even happens in stock SH4.

Im running a 22in WS with a res. of 1680x1050 and maxed graphics. Ill try taking a video and posting a link here.

I seem to recall though this did not happen with the 17in i was using a while back
