First Person Shooter trying to find

I remember must be about 10 to 12 years ago but I got an FPS that came free with my new at the time PC. It was made by the same people who made Doom and you were a soldier who had to get through a facility to escape.

The one thing I remember is that you had this dron that you could launch and zoom around the complex and see round corners etc adn the enemies couldn't detect it. When you were finished you deactivated it and it crashed to the floor.

there was also a submarine in a dock too. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Hmm there are few games with drones that come to my mind, and only one of them was released for the PC, and that would be Deus Ex, but that doesn't fit your description. I've never played SiN so I don't know if it had drones and u-boates but maybe that's what you're looking for. It ran on the Quake 2 engine but wasn't made by id.

No, it isnt Sin. It had no drones or subs IIRC.

I think it was Deus Ex. I think there was an upgrade drone that you could use in that.

Yep there was, pretty useless imho, since the AI was rather dumb. Still one of the greatest games ever made
