WO missing
Hi, I'm captain of a type VII boat and I notice I never have a watch officer, nor any of the orders of the watch officer. His icon is always a black silhouette. Is this normal?
Also, what does it mean to have a red exclamation mark by a man? The manual doesn't talk about this. Does that mean he's tired? I notice on patrol, of my CE, NO, and WO, two are always with a red exclamation mark. Apples |
