Default gForce 6200 video card

Has anyone been able to get the Nvidia gForce 6200 card to work with SH4? So far I have uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, updated drivers, disabled the Intro video and searched the help forums at Nvidia. No joy. Right now the game loads and i get to the office at base just fine. I click on the map and get a mission assignment. After the mission loads and I select 'Start' it gets to the Command Room then the game crashes and locks the system and I have to force a reboot. I am trying to upgrade from a gForce 5500 which ran ok if sluggish on some views.

Thanks
Tony

I'm afraid you'll have trouble with that card (obvious statement--you already know that). I'd hate to run SH4 on anything less than a 7600 PCIe card...

What are your other system specs?

The 6 series is not an improvement on the 5 series for gaming, because it is an integrated card.

I took the 6200 card out and reinstalled the 5500. Not too good but at least the system doesn't crash. Motherboard will not support a PCI-E card so I tried to stay with the AGP. I think I'll put the 6200 in her pc and try to find a PCI card that will work in my pc. CPU is a 1.7 gig operating at 2.1. That's been stable since day one. 3 gig of RAM.
Any suggestions on a PCI card?

Thanks
Tony
