Im going to assume he was referring to the video glitch where the dive planes dont extend after loading a saved game etc etc.

I dont see where the problem was resovled, how does one get the diving planes to deploy? Seems after 1.5 the trigger and the hot fix i no longer have the diving planes.

it was simply a game corruption issue fixed by a reinstall of the game

Well I had the info there but wasn't getting a reply. I just assumed that my problem was too unique or something only I could experience cause of something on my end, that's all. There weren't any solutions offered.

The original problem was that I didn't have a dive planes icon on my hud, for any type of sub I tried. The "D" key would only take me to safe depth, or to 400ft. Or back up to 400ft. after moving the depth needle to 450ft. The training mission at "New construction - California" required a deep dive to 500ft. I couldn't complete the training cause I couldn't get it to dive deeper than 450ft.

I didnt think my problem could be answered or solved and since there was no reply to my post I thought to delete it. Thats all.
