I have to say nope other then at a place i worked at (but it was simply a video switch), i have in the past used a remote control program over my network to control other pc's. Also those are VGA ports.

Looks like a good price.
On the decreased FPS in games - not sure how that would happen unless there is a KVM driver in the background. Otherwise it is a straight passthrough and the computer doesn't know it even exists - translation - no reduced gaming performance. -S |

I have used a number of KVM's - and Subman is right - they are normally totally transparent to the pc. The only "delay" involved is switching from one box to another - it takes a moment for the KVM to switch inputs and outputs.
I actually have one at work that is a 2 port model, one for normal work and the second for a testing box. Most KVM's support keyboard inputs that swap between boxes, but if you use one with more than 2 ports - make sure it has a "manual" switch button on the KVM itself. Also make sure the connections are what you need. Some models remain ps2 when the kb and mouse connections on the pc are sometimes both usb nowadays. Ps2 to usb one way is easy - but going from a usb on the pc to a ps2 on the kvm wiring is a pain. So make sure you check that.
