Playable USNS Impeccable?

With all the news about the ocean surveillance ship, I'm thinking that the idea of simply lurking at long range and listening to subs and ships come and go sounds kind of entertaining. With no weapons, only a massive very sensitive towed array and ESM suite . I'd love to play this platform, and it would make for a very interesting MP.
What's the best mod to create playable platforms? I may get into it.
