Quick question.
Is there a mod that can be used with GWX to make the sky much darker? The sky on my monitor is simply way to bright no matter what I do to the gamma or brightness/contrast controls. I don't like the looks of the sky due to the obvious division between colors and a bad gradient appearence. |

I assume you have an LCD monitor, you may want to check these threads out:

Well I can get the sky and such darker but still have that horrid blocky, pixilated gradient look to the sky. Will try to get a screenshot sometime.Never had this with the stock games night time sky.BTW using the 16km atmosphere.
Almost makes me wish I still had my old 22" CRT monitor back working.Right now using a Samsung 225BW Widescreen LCD. I can live with it,but it is a bit of an immersion killer when on the surface at night. |
