Default What are these Renown factors?
In the [Renown] Section of an unmodified Basic.cfg are these three entries (in addition to seven others which I think I understand):

CompletedPatrol=100
FirstRankRenown=1000
SecondRankRenown=3500

Can anybody please tell me what they are for?
