Screen Scaling/Positioning Tools

I like a lot of others don't like the CCC, especially now that it runs via .NET, loads slow & often when playing a game the color is fine until you exit then the screen goes back to default settings so much for the CCC Desktop & Applications settings!!

So I uninstalled the CCC & installed ATI Tray Tools, works better for overclocking, Fan Speed Control, and Color Control, however it lacks settings for monitor scaling!

Sheesh! always something!!

Can anyone suggest or know of a Scaling Tool?

Also can the "ATI Mobility" software run on a standard PC and is this the equivalent of the CCC?
