Default couple of questions

running gwx 3.0 thompsens ships 3.1 olc gold sh3 commander and many other visual mods.

i was wondering if someone could direct me somewhere to find renown values of ships and if the renown value increases or decreaeses based on the skill level you play i.e. realistic intermidiate etc. im also wondering what the maximum effectiveness of the magnetic pistol is. how far below a ship it has to go before it doesnt detect the magnetic field of a ship. also how far below the ship within this magnetic field do you get maximum damage out of your torpedoe or does it matter.

The renown value of each ship\sub\aircraft is in its respective folder in Sea\Submarine\Air
Located on the cfg file

Yes renown does vary by realism level played
You only get 100% of the units renown by playing 100%

I usually fire mag torps 1mtr below the keel depth - draft
I find that does enough damage
Will work deeper though never tested exactly how deep beneath the ship will still explode at
