Default Seeking Help with First Install of SHIII...

Hello
I am starting to play SHIII and when i start up, the opening movie stutters. it is playing but stuttering. is this a fixable or common problem? i also was unable to succesffuly start with the install of GWX 2.1 and assorted mods that i wanted to try with it. There may be some conflicts i used JGSME....

I am running AMD 3300 2.4 Ghz 3 GB RAM, FX 7600 GT Audigy 2ZS

Running XP SP2, should i be using Win 98 Compatability? Lower screen resolution?

I tried turning off my anti virus in case that will help and shutting down other programs....

I have GWX and OLC2 loaded and a number of skins and ships and other mods.. i tried bypassing the video and got the GWX 2.1 load screen but then the game crashes to desktop. I may have to start over and try an vanilla install.

I tried doing a vanilla install with no mods and it still stutters. But the game runs, vanilla, so i think i have a long job of re installing the mods slowly and carefully.

any suggestions? thanks i posted my mod list below and the ini from JGSME
