Default Tmo 163 And Rsrds

Any one running tmo163 and rsrds have while running on the surface that they are passing thermal layer

I have gotten the verbal thermal layers notices on occasion while surfaced. I just assume the ensign has been drinking torpedo fuel hooch and ignore them until they go away.

You usually get the repetitive 'passing thermal layer' announcement when you have previously saved near port. Watch for that.
