Which Flotilla is stationed to La Rochelle?

In real life the 7th Flotilla was stationed in La Rochelle (and La Pallice) between 10/41 and 09/44. Considering how close historically the GWX3.0 is I would assume the the same in the game.

This mod makes the following Flotilla changes to GWX:

- replaces 11 Flotilla with 3 Flotilla prior to September 1944

U-Flotilla "Lohs" was founded in October 1937 under the command of Kptlt. Hans Eckermann and existed until December 1939. The flotilla was re-founded as the 3rd Flotilla in March 1941 with its base in Kiel. In October 1941 the flotilla moved to La Pallice/La Rochelle, France. In August 1944 the last U-boats left for Norway with a number joining the reorganized 11th U-Flotilla at Bergen, which operated until the end of the war. The 3rd and 11th U-Flotillas used mainly Type VII boats. The first XXI boats were attached to 11th U-Flotilla.


Installation

Unpack to your SilentHunterIII\MODS folder and enable via JSGME. Please ensure that you have rolled back SH3 Commander (if in use) before enabling this mod.


Important note for players using the "GWX - Navigation Maps and Grid References in English" mod

If you run the "GWX - Navigation Maps and Grid References in English" mod, please note that it must be installed *before* this mod, otherwise the flotilla changes will not take effect.


Important note for SH3 Commander users

Whilst running this mod please disable the "Use historic U-boat availability dates" option. The stock GWX Cfg files for SH3 Commander cover only the stock GWX flotillas.
