Outlander movie (Vikings - Predator)

Anyone seen this, released July 2008 it sounds like a good SF movie. (I hope). I just found out about it.

One of the writers wrote Underworld & Conan (2010). So im thinking this might be a ok movie.

It's one of those movies I would buy on DVD and i've had a look on the official site etc..The positive feedback i've seen lately seems to have had an impact because the straight to DVD option has been shelved and the UK distributor has changed the release date from Feb to the Easter break. With any luck they will beef up the marketing and give this canny film the boost it deserves. If you like 13th Warrior or AVP type movies then this'll do for you.

Looks like it.. and the the guy with the two hammers looks like Ron Perlman (sp?)

Kind of difficult to tell with all that manly hair on his face. Almost looks like him though. :hmm: That John Hurt look-a-like definitely looks like, well, John Hurt.

Well, if it has Antonio Banderas in it and he quickly learns their Viking lingo in just a few nights by simply watching their lips move as they throw curses and insults at each other over a campfire I'll go see it....when it goes to video.
