Default No Lifeboats???

I'm on my second TMO 1.63 patrol and I've noticed something. Whenever I sink a ship, no lifeboats appear. Is this normal? Anyone else having this problem?

I must confess there are sinkings where I see no lifeboats in the water at all. There are others where I see them, but they have no occupants on board. Then there are sinkings where it looks like war canoe time. I think it just depends.

well, he's been 'in the brig' for about 3-4 months now, and from what i remember, which is not much, he did some really really bad things that gave him the "boot"

Umm I think your going to need to go a bit more in depth here... I have not heard anything about this. Do you mean brig as in...kicked from the forums (if so what for) or brig as in he is in jail.
