Reset TDC / PK

How can you clear the PK and TDC? In the manual it says click on the red cross in the notepad. The only clickable red cross I've come accross is the one on the Captain's log and that doesn't do it.

Also, I have problems firing from the stern tubes. The torpedo's always seem to arc round and end up doing a 180 on me.

That's a left-over from the SH3 manual, there's no notepad or red cross if you play on US side.

Check the sticky threads in this forum, they include plenty of good tutorials on manual targeting.

There is no easy way to clear it. The closest thing to it is to turn off the PK and set your scope to 0° and use the TDC (press twice) to reset the bearing to 0°. The same goes for AOB and range.
