Default British Navy to use Windows

Hello, I been reading these forums for about a year now but post very seldom.

I was surfing around when I found this.

Anyone but me think this might give the famous Windows Blue Screen of Death a whole new meaning.

I thought you meant they were installing windows on the subs so they could see the fishes outside...
