U Boat Emblem & Girl in Radio room?

Hi Guys,

After an abscence im back...looking forward to getting out there again. One quickie how do i make an emblem for my boat..i think it has to be a tga file doesnt it? If sow waht pixel size and ehich folder does it need to be in?

Also how do i change the poster of the pinup in the radio room...im sure theres a way to do it, any insight for an old returning Kapitan would be welcome.
