Hi guys,
I installed version 1.5 today, i also installed the generic mod enabler. I downloaded the IOWA, North carolina, and yamato mods and cant find them anywhere in the game. According to the mod enabler, they are activated. How do i find this ships and use them in the game? (i only enable one at a time) Please help!! Matt |

You don't bump into battleships willy-nilly, you have to find them. You could try and sail around friendly harbours in search of Iowas and North Carolinas, but Yamatos will be a matter of luck.
If you really want to see one, load up mission editor, and make a scenario with them

I'm sorry i should have reworded my message. I am talking about the playable battleship mods, not random encounters. Thank you

those mods convert your sub into the ship the mod uses so you are the battleship or whatever your playing.
most playable ships mods come with a mission made for a surface battle or you create your own for it. otherwise play the game normally and as you play the game any enemy of your sub is now the enemy of your ship Last edited by Webster; 01-01-09 at 03:25 PM. |

an added ship to the game is "not" controlable or playable by the player and it is controlled solely by the computer AI a playable ship mod simply turns your sub into something else so it looks and acts like a ship that is controled by you and thats what makes it "playable" Last edited by Webster; 01-03-09 at 01:22 AM. |

correct folder ~\MODS\Shipname\data\~ incorrect folder ~\MODS\Zipfilename\Shipname\data\~ check it first. ![]() if it correct, You could fine the ship in the sub list. P.S. and... The North Carolina has updated at 01, 03. 2009... Last edited by CaptSovhan; 01-03-09 at 03:43 AM. |

Thanks guys, i did finally figure it out. Not the greatest in the world with computers or modding, but it really is amazing how much mods can add to a game like this. Thanks again!
