German.

They were really the only sound files to be modded to any extent. Not using them means you miss out on soooooo much.

After awhile you will get it without looking at text if your new.

Things like messages will sound different with German voices enabled. Yould hear morse code before messages. Soooo kool.

One question: can someone translate what the crew is saying when diving? The line is the same, whether you use English or German voice.

Its a clip from Das Boot. The in-game voices will say : Periscope Depth. The clip says something along the lines of : Dive! Dive! Bow down five, Stern up 10.
