More of a mini mod dealing only with deck gun rate of fire.

Readme.

"Requirements: SH IV version 1.4
installation: copy Neonsgunmod1.0A to mods folder in SH IV directory and then use JSGME to acivate mod.
Changes from Stock SH IV Version 1.4:
This mod changes rate of fire only for the three US deckguns.
Stock 3/50 from 4.5 secs per round to 4 secs per round.
Stock 4/50 from 4.5 secs per round to 7.5 secs per round.
Stock 5/25 from 3 secs per round to 4.62 secs per round."

Note:

This is just a little adjustment to the guns so that the 3 inch is now much quicker than the bigger 4 inch gun and the 5 inch was adjusted to be a bit slower aswell.
