S Boat Aircraft Carrying Conversion

Looking in my local bookshop today I found "The World Encyclopedia of Submarines" so I bought it as it was on Sale $20 Australian, looking through I found this:

Even though the idea got scrapped in 1926 wouldn't it be cool to have your own scout plane.

Any Modder here be willing to maybe try and build this?

Mind you this was in 1923....way before the war...
