RFB Map Updates?

Hi Folks,

Newbie here with RFB. I ran into a task force and was 'marking' ships with the TBT but nothing showed up on the map. I was detected and submerged to avoid escotrs but nothing showed up the map (i.e. that red line in the direction of the sonar contact).

Is this expected or is there a way to get something to show up on the map? In real life there was a plot team updating the map

BTW I have the "no map update" option deselected.

This should be in your gameplay difficulty settings, somewhere. I'm not sure as I played 100% since the last millenium and just forgot where it is

Yeah like I said I have the "no map updates" gameplay option deselected. Oh well, maybe my crew is just having a bad day :hmm:
