need help from gui modders

hello , i have made a panel with all the tdc dials for olc gui.my point is that you can see the dials whenever you want when the tdc is at auto update mode.i followed the build that h.sie did at his torpedo settings panel.my problem is that i am trying to make it dragable ( now is sliding ) but no luck till now

so,my question is how can i make it dragable ? (i tried like jonz's chrono but i suspect it needs a material to work and at my panel the first entry is group and i....lost it)

I don't know if it's possible to have a draggable object with controllable dials.

if the problem is the CONTROLLABLE dials we can make it no controllable as my main target is to have this panel only for watching ( or i misunderstand? with 'controlable' you mean the moving arrows?)

(i knew about this tutorial ) nothing in there for making dragable (as far as i understand becuase my knowledge at german language is zero!)
