What order to install RFB and PE4

Anyone know the best way to install RFB 1.52 and PE4 together? PE4 says to use the RFB manual to install, unfortunately it was apparently left out of the manual that I got and after an hour and a half reading through post regarding both mods I have given up and decided to ask.

Again if you know the exact way to install PE4 and RFB 1.52 please post the order inwhich you did so, this lost and confused soul would appreciate it.

P.S of course I'm use the JSGME installer dilly-ma-bob to do so.

RFB comes with PE4 intigrated into it.

So I do not need to install PE4? Does it have PE4s graphics? Sorry I've been a way for a while and I'm not sure how things work anymore.

Yes. PE4 is fully integrated in the RFB1.52 install.

Ah ok cool thanks, that would explain why I was having a difficult time finding out all that.
