Default The Poms want to keep Austalians in the UK by any means!

Talk about using the carrot and stick approach!

They first ask us to stay!

http://www.smh.com.au/news/world/pom...491577546.html

Then if we do go, they charge us for leaving!

http://www.smh.com.au/travel/austral...1125-6gmi.html

Time to ban them from Bondi beach!

I saw that yesterday in the Herald Sun. Crazy poms.

Maybe we should start charging them fees to leave Australia. Of course if you play your airfares right you could always fly to another European destination served by Qantas or another carrier that flies back to Australia without paying the AU $200 carbon offset out of Britain.

"famous Australians" and "Germaine Greer" do not deserve to be in the same sentence. That bitch is the worst example of an Aussie you'll ever see.

yes, just think of it. Australian nationals residing in London could declare themselves an independent nation!

Agree with you on Germaine Greer! They can keep her!

We shouldn't charge them to leave the country, just to enter it! That would give them something to winge about!

Carbon offset . . . how do you really know that they aren't producing that carbon you are producing, how do you know they were going to produce it in the first place. Something doesn't seem right here.
