Small Depot Ship AN41

Sighted a small Depot ship in AN41 in the very southwest corner.

Dead in the water, no apparent damage, sailed by her without so much as an acknowledgment - flying the Flag of the Netherlands

And she was armed to the friggin teeth!

strange to just sit there like that:hmm:

anyhow - we got into Scapa Flow and took out a Revenge Class BB. not much for port raiding but that was a hoot

I sighted an entire fleet of Finnish ships (2 large tankers, medium cargo + escort) in the middle of the Atlantic (BE82) in 1942. However sympathetic you feel about the Finish, they were still at war with England...

Like the ship you sighted, this entire fleet just sit there, in the middle of the Atlantic. Maybe enjoying Sauna.

I'd moor the boat, put a sauna on - they must have one on board, being Finns - get s**tfaced with them b/c the ship has to be chock full of booze, and then have a good old-fashioned fistfight with them later when they get rowdy
