Sometimes it does not "stick" so you have to hit and enter twice! Multi sampling 16xQ. Check gamma correction box.

This is with the 97.92 drivers that are for the 8800GTX:

Anisotropic Filtering = Application controlled
Antialiasing - Gamma Correction = On
Antialiasing = 16XQ
Antialiasing - Transparency = off
Conformant Texture Clamp = use hardware
Extension Limit = Off
Force Mipmaps = bilinear
Multi-Display/mixed-GPU acceleration = single display performance mode
Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample optimization = On
Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias = Allow
Texture filtering = Quality
Texture Filtering - Trilinear Optimization = On
Triple Buffering = Off
Vertical Sync = Force On

If it works don't fix it .. I am sticking with that one myself and AA and graphics are beautiful in this sim and Battle of Britain.

For some reason the settings do not stick when you launch the game.
Try exiting the autostart menu and make your settings then. Start the game from the desktop shortcut and see if they stick.
Or try to make a new program profile to your sh3.exe in nVidia control panel.
Make you're settings and launch the game. That has worked for me and others before.
Or try installing the drivers again, that has also worked:hmm:
