Huge stars?

Back into SH4 and thanks to all modders for making it a worthy successor to SH3 GWX! Ive searched for info on this but came up dry: Night attack, periodically submerging and surfacing. Using time accel juditiously (never more than 128x) and get a sky with huge 4 pointed stars! Its a brand new install with PE4, RFB and RSRD latest mods. Using 8800gtx with nVidia 180.43beta driver. On restart of the cruise the stars are back to normal.
