Player rank?

Uhm, quick question, can't find an answer from search

after returning to port, i got the nice medal screen as i received a bronze star
but my career history log says that I was also promoted after that patrol. I can't find any details about my current rank. didn't get any screens to inform me, either. all i can see is the promotion at the end of the patrol log.

so anyway I was wondering what my rank is, lol. the reason I ask is that opmon does have a screen which shows your rank with a little info about that rank, so i guess it must be somewhere in the game files but i cant it find it as yet

this is with RFB1.52/rsrdc

The only time I've ever seen my rank or anything about it is when I receive an award. In other words there is no promotion ceremony or big announcement... just a pleasant surprise.

PS: just look in the box on the desk in the office and click, and the awards screen should open where hopefully your past awards are there with your correct rank.
