A while back there was a link to an article about a company that was developing a variable displacement engine, who was looking for backers.Tt had a fantastic flash animation that went with it.

Can anyone remember the thread or the article link?

Thanks, but no, it was an engine that had its conrods and crank configured in a way that allowed the engine to displace les under a small load, and more under a heavy load.

I wanted to show it to an engineer friend of mine.oh well, NP.
