Default Broken dial glass 'switch'

Hi all,

Has anyone discovered where in a save file the switch that 'breaks' the dial glasses is? I am guessing that during a recent encounter with a DD where I was comprehensively depth-charged that my dial glasses were broken; having evaded the pesky navy and made repairs, each time I load the savegame, the bridge crew are showered in glass fragments! Now I would imagine that these would be replaced in the course of repairs; so would like to turn off the glass breaking in the save if possible.....

Broken masts and shrouds to you all!

The broken glass event on each load up is the games way of simulating damage to your boat.

If you have it enabled....check the hull integrity of your boat.

I think you'll find your under 100%.

Cheers Jimbuna, I would be not be too surprised if it was very low; I did take a comprehensive kicking from the Tommies; they took great exception at my sinking one of their fellow dd vessels head-on at close-range with a single torp; an Evarts Class which went up like a roman candle.... well, it was Nov 5th and the convoy was too heavily supported to get among them. My view was 'Well, it's him or me' and it was not going to be me.... as I fired, I crash-dived.... the eel hit and I must have only missed the dd hull by a few metres......then payback......... have never taken such a sustained attack from the allies and have since avoided confrontations.... I have not reached my designated patrol area and want to make it home for wurst und Becks so will hopefully find some lone merchants to send to Davy Jones

Thanks

As Jimbuna says - it's a reminder for you to remember your max. diving depth is decreased.
