Hi there - reinstalling SHIV and question about mods

Hi there,

I've recently gotten back into the Silent Hunter series and as I posted on the SHIII thread earlier, I want to get back into both the games and try out the new mods. Now for SHIII, I'm pretty much sorted with the GWX and various other mods. But what is there for SHIV?

Is there any GWX type mods for SHIV? Someone did mention they were planning on releasing one sometime. But for the mean time, any interesting mods for SHIV I could try out?

Also a big thing I wanted to ask and I saw it in some pictures or on a video somewhere but it was of people walking around the bases in SHIV which in vanilla is non-existant. It added a feeling of atmosphere to watch the bands and the little people going about their business in SHIII so I was wondering, is there a mod or graphics pack that adds in people at the bases for SHIV? That'd certainly be pretty cool and add in alot more atmosphere.
