Default crazy sound volumes

I have a very anoying problem, all the sounds outside the sub are very loud, but very low inside including the voices, so if there is a storm, and Im inside and I want to go outside, I have to turn my speaker volumen down everytime, any advice? I have a integrated realtek soud chip, last drivers.

Have you checked the sound setting in the option first?

yes rifleman they are all set to 0db, but the problem is still there, sometimes my navigator tells me the deep and the first two numbers are very low but the last number is in the volume of the ouside.

Have you got the correct settings for the number of speakers in the windows sound settings. If this is set to 5.1 and you have 4.1 speakers, then sound from straight ahead is missing, due to no speaker in that position.
