Default Ahoy! "dead" world!!?

So i use RealUboat 1.45 mod and SHCommander v3.It is very nice mod.. but there is no traffic in the harbours. I make "visit" to Loch Eve(only Nelson battleship) and Scapa Flow (4 small boats).I try run GWS2.1 supermod but it is too "heavy" to my computer.And there is no city of Reykjavik on Iceland...
So i ask:is it there some other mods with RuB1.45? More "life" to SH3???
Like more traffic to harbours?

Reykjavik only appears after it becomes an allied base during the war. I added a neutral Reykjavik by finding the existing entry in the 'Campaign_LND' file (in the 'data', 'Campaign' folder), copying it, and adding it as the last unit at the end of the file. Note for me the last existing unit number was 172, so the neutral Reykjavik became 173:

[Unit 173]
Name=Reykjavik
Class=NavalBase
Type=407
Origin=American
Side=0
Commander=0
CargoExt=-1
CargoInt=-1
CfgDate=19380101
DeleteOnLastWaypoint=true
DockedShip=false
GameEntryDate=19390901
GameEntryTime=0
GameExitDate=19410630
GameExitTime=0
EvolveFromEntryDate=false
Long=-2627088.000000
Lat=7698788.000000
Height=-17.000000
Heading=0.000000
Speed=0.000000
CrewRating=3
DelayMin=0
ReportPosMin=-1
ReportPosProbability=100
RandStartRadius=0.000000
NextWP=0

That should give you a neutral Reykjavik early in the war.

There is a Harbor Traffic mod out there to add ships to the ports of a 'stock' SH3. Can't say if it is compatible with your other mods, or where to find it at this point, but I'm sure some other Kaleun can help.

Oops, almost forgot, the date changes are critical as well.

That is a REALLY old mod. There's a bit of traffic there, but at that point we just hadn't got to that stage in the mod.
(I was quite involved with the making of RUb back then, though I didn't do harbor traffic. I think Nico or Egan would've been the more likely suspects for that, and neither of them is really active here on the forums anymore...).

I would highly suggest switching to GWX 2.1 or NYGM 3.0 instead. Both have gone on from where RUb was and made quite a few leaps in development. Including, of course, harbours.

you could also try our wac3.0 but you should have a good pc because we have heavy populated harbours.

Living SH3 also has super-populated harbours does it not :hmm:

Yup, 4 up-to-date options to choose from at least!

Woa, I've been using Rub for a while now, never thought about NYGM. Going to download that right now.
