As capt. I'm tired of handing these out at the end of a patrol, but thought it interesting to see one upclose.

Use the autofix option in "manage crew" of sh3com to hand them out to any eligible crewmate still being docked before or after a patrol. If u reject the release of an officer the distribution of badges still happen.
