I can't seem to get anti-aliasing to work for SH4?

I use an 8800GT Nvidia OC card. My system can more than handle this. I use NHancer and I still have all this aliasing. What is the deal? Also, volumetric fog looks messed up, any word on that while I am on about graphics?
