GWX v2.1 - Slideout Dial Removal Mod

I privately made this mod for a member of SS who wished to have the slideouts removed from his install of GWX 2.1 and was then asked if it could be made public, so here it is.

This mod removes the large slideout compass & the slideout engineers report/dials. It leaves the manual engineers report functional.

The files altered are the menu_1024_768.ini & dials.cfg, so if you have mods which alter these already then you will have to manually edit both of these.

To manually edit the menu.ini, just delete the entire slideout compass block (bottom of an unaltered gwx 2.1 menu.ini) and then delete the entire block group for the engineers dials (if you have trouble locating this block, search for the tga files used for the report graphics, this will put you in the general area for that block), however you will then have to rename/renumber the following blocks so that they run sequentially. Then delete the relevent entries within the dials.cfg for both the compass & engineers dials, you will also have to renumber the entries to run sequentially.

Note - If you get Menu ID errors when loading/testing, write down the code and then search the menu.ini & dials.cfg. These errors mean that the game can't find the specified block which is usually because the group/block name is wrong in the menu.ini or the dials.cfg contains an entry which is not in the menu.ini.
