No Range, AOB, displayed

I managed to fix a problem I had with the game crashing, by running a program I bought called registry smart, on a scan I did the other day it repaired a driver problem, now the game runs ok, but when using the attack periscope there is no data displayed in the top right corner of the scope, and my topedoes are not running to their targets.
Anyone have an idea about what the problem might be ?

Sounds like you turned on manual targeting and data aquisition.
