Operations in the Baltic Sea (north/east)?

I have two main questions / ideas:

1) Which supermod includes, if any, any of the events in the northern Baltic Sea?

There are at least the following major events:
- Evacuation of Polish Fleet in 1939 to UK
- Evacuation of Russian fleet of over 60 ships located in Tallinn towards Leningrad in the fall of 1941
- Russian attempts to break through submarine nets

And minor events as well. They are on German "backyard" from Atlantic perspective and hence could prove interesting addition. And probably it wold not be very big job to make it for SH3.

2) As Finnish player I would like to see some Finnish warships joining the scene locally. The Finnish fleet was small but there were a few events, featuring submarine nets and Finnish and Russian submarines.

What do you think, would it be possible to add Baltic events kind of things on top of GWX 2.1 for instance, without breaking any original GWX work. I would like to make the changes to campaign files myself but I do not know what steps campaign work requires. If anyone can guide me to some essential thread about this work, I appreciate that.

Another thing is that two main ships of the fleet should even be modelled separately because they were distinctive coastal defense ships, slow and clumsy but heavily armed.

Interesting idea. What immediately sprang to mind was the Vesikko - which would be a Type-IIA in SH3. This Finnish boat came close to attacking the Kirov and Marat, and then later torpedoed and sank the Vyborg. But you know all that already, I'm sure!

I did create a new flotilla and baltic sea campaign events for wac 3.0
we have the polish campaign 1939, expanding german navy after summer '41, heavy mine fields (because the baltic sea was heavy mined), baltic convoys (although maybe not realistic) the battle of sorve, the hunt for the wilhelm gustloff and the evacuation of the german cities in 1945.

Awesome! I did not know but to be honest I suspected that WAC might have it, if any mod should. I haven't tried WAC but after this information I seriuosly want to play it and learn to make a double installation. In my opinion campaign content is one of the very most important aspects of the game.
Thanks again HanSolo78!

Default Swedish vs. Russian subs

I also saw an interesting TV document about Swedish Fleet that attacked Russian Submarine(s) with depth charges after Soviets sank some Swedish ore shipping.
