Greetins, And possible new adaptations for SH3
At first i would say very nice work for those mods of many people !
I've Used or at least tried to use some to play myself. The only one that didn't work was the Schnell boot mod ![]() Anyway MY intentions are to improve the interior, Make things look that tiny better, For example adapt the looks of the listening wheel from the hydrophone and so one. That looks doable to me, My next intentions are to make the other area's available in the u boat, however that looks impossible to do because no one has ever done that before ![]() What bothers me is the ammount of many mods and stuff, Gwx is so heavy for my pc that i played the regular SH3 again and it went like 100 times faster lol ! :p I am going to try to make the boot looks nice in the first place and try to make it as real as i can and keeping the performance as good as possible. ![]() If that's ok for you guys of course ? although i don't have many experience in this, this is just a experiment so i can understand computer language a bit more too then :p I will try to post some messages here about my development and your opinions ![]() |

Well i've began to draw the new interiors on paper first to give you guys some possible things, Then i will try to look if i can make those things possible with some kind of software to put in the game,
Although i don't know much about possible software's, Can someone give me some information about that? I will Scan my prototype drawings in the game this evening. My first thing will be the type VII C Then if all that works i will do this to the other types too as accurate as possible ![]() The things i want to make will not be THAT difficult but i'm sure they can give lots of fun if you can walk trough the whole u boat, or is that already possible in a mod? Then i must not start making my own mod if someone has already done it ! :p |

Ok here i am again lol :p
I first wanted to draw the torpedo room and stuff but maybe that's too difficult for me at the moment... I made some primitive drawings of one of the restrooms behind the command room. Then i will draw them in better detail and then i will try to draw them in some kind of program to put in the game then, maybe some valuable information of anybody in here to make new stuff to put in the game should be most welcome ! I did'nt have lots of time lately because i had to fix things for my new school which i'm studying maritime engineering ! ![]() Maybe i should build me my own u boat later ![]() |
