Did they not approve the use of troops prior to going back in, in 2003? Even Hillary voted for it! Amazing how people forget when its convienient.

Approval for Combat Operations is a far cry from a Declaration of War. All that is is a nominal commitment to fund said operation. Not that it really matters on the ground. Who voted for it makes it no less a waste of blood.

That reminds me of back when I was a kid. My brother and I used to fight each other a lot. My mother, using mother-specific logic, would cuff me upside the head and say "Don't hit your brother! We don't hit in this family?"
